Olympic Peninsula Comedy

Finally that time of year!!! Comedy time!!! Things have been slow with the comedy here in Port Townsend, but lets get it going on again with the 4th Annual Olympic Peninsula Comedy Contest. The OPCC takes place April 27th at the Upstage, 923 Washington St., Port Townsend, WA..This years event will be hosted by last years winner,the really funny, Meghan Flaherty!! The Olympic Peninsula Comedy Contest is an audience judged competition. Up to 10 comedians of all levels from the Northwest are chosen to each perform a set, and the audience selects who they think was the funniest via a ballot. The comic with the most votes wins a cash prize and guaranteed booking with Olympic Peninsula Comedy.

Recent winners have gone on to be national touring feature acts, headliners, and comedy club favorites...This event is a great stepping stone for these comedians, and one of the most fun shows of the year here on the Peninsula!!
